Mr. J.Peter

Managing Director

J. Peter is a seasoned leader with 25+ years in civil construction and water supply projects for government bodies. As MD of Transstroy (India) Ltd and Proprietor of PEO Enterprises, he has driven major growth, innovation, and expansion.

Known for his compassionate leadership, spiritual values, and commitment to social responsibility—especially in supporting children's education and helping the underprivileged—his vision blends strategy with empathy.

Dr. V.MURUGESAN

Cheif Engineer Municipalities(Retd.)

Dr. Murugesan V. is a veteran civil engineer with environmental engineering background over 42 years of experience in urban infrastructure across Tamil Nadu. As Chief Engineer (Retd.), he led critical municipal projects in water supply, sewerage, and solid waste management, including pioneering Micro Composting Centres and many waste management projects.

With two PhDs and multiple engineering and management degrees, he's recognized for innovation in PPP models, environmental sustainability, and municipal governance. He has published extensively and trained numerous professionals, leaving a lasting impact on urban development in the state.

Dr. M.R.Soundarrajan

With over 30 years of extensive experience in legal affairs and public relations, he has played a pivotal role in streamlining business operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. His deep understanding of legal frameworks, coupled with strong liaison skills, has helped facilitate numerous government approvals and clearances across various sectors.

Panneer Selvam, a retired IPS officer, served in Tamil Nadu Police from 1991 to 2016, holding key positions as SP in various districts, DC in Chennai City, and DIG in Police Recruitment Board. Now he is practicing as a lawyer in Madras High Court and Legal Advisor in PEO Enterprises

Completed MBA and having a rich Experience of more than 30 years in the field of infrastructure industries and real estate segment. In infrastructure area handled Business Development, Marketing and Tendering and well as Techno Commercial activities. Associated with various Multinational companies, worked in india as well as worked in other countries also. Has a vast experience of Purchased More than 3000 acres of land in Tamilnadu and developed various Housing and Golf Projects.
